The Precision LC is Radiant's answer to a growing need for affordable characterization equipment. The Precision LC offers the same precision, flexibility and ease of Radiant's testers at a lower cost. The Precision LC measures 2.5kHz hysteresis, pulse width of 50µs, and fatigue frequency of 10KHz.

Precision Fast Hystresis

FH - The FH tester executes a single pass hysteresis loop in 1µs with no interlacing of the data acquisition. Pulse widths ranging from less than 100ns up to 100ms on capacitors with areas ranging from 5µx5µ up to 100µx100µ.

RT66A USB Interface

RT66A USB Interface

The RT66A USB Interface unit upgrades your RT66A from a DOS measuring system to Radiant’s powerful Vision data management software. You will now be able to use pull down menus and the other features of windows. These include setting continuous variable test periods for hysteresis, PUND and Leakage. Access to IV and CV test are also included.
